Cost of rental: $500 per event 

Non-refundable deposit: $250 required at time of booking 

Bar staff is provided 

Cash and card payments accepted 

ATM on site 

All events not requiring bar services must pay additional $150 cleaning fee and

$20 / hour On Site Staffing Fee

No outside liquor or beer is permitted and with exception is made for Wine and Champagne for corkage charge of $10 / standard 720ml bottle
